Michelle Wilson

Michelle is an Associate in our Wills & Estates practice, covering estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. She has been working in the legal industry on the Sunshine Coast since 2007, where she was initially employed as a receptionist.  Since then, Michelle has worked varying roles in the industry, and completed her studies via correspondence with the University of Southern Queensland.  She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland 2017 and High Court of Australia in 2018.

Michelle enjoys advising clients on intricate estate planning matters. Her background in property and commercial law enhances her ability to create tailored succession plans that consider clients’ personal assets, businesses, trusts, and other related entities.  Recognising the sensitive nature of estate-related matters, Michelle is committed to providing clients with dignity and compassion, ensuring their individual needs are met with professionalism and care.
